Helen started her working career with one of the Country’s most respected retailers. Having spent eleven years with them, managing a variety of departments in various stores over the South East of England she then left and had a period of self-employment. In 1992 Helen returned to employment and joined the Pilgrims Hospices is East Kent as a retail manager and fundraiser, putting her retail experience into practice in the Charities shops around Kent. She also played an instrumental part in large fundraising activities such as the Royal Philharmonic open-air concerts, held locally. In 1997 Helen gave up work to become a full time mum and was very lucky to remain so until 2003 when she joined the NHS working at Wye Surgery as a part time receptionist. Over the last 19 years Helen has worked in a number of different roles within General Practice and became Practice Manager in 2019. Helen has a wide knowledge of the healthcare sector, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Care Quality Commission (CQC). Having joined Dr and Mrs Fox at Private GP Healthcare she looks forward to delivering excellent patient experiences to all our patients.
