Any personal/medical information provided at the time of registration, or during a consultation, is kept on password protected software which is cloud-based. Any referral letters and investigation results are scanned or electronically inserted into your online notes.
Providing Feedback or Raising Queries or Concerns with Us
We are committed to providing a high quality and professional service. Our Patients opinions are important to us. In order to help to continually improve the service we provide, if you have any feedback you would like to give, please email it to privategphealthcare@gmail.com in the first instance. For complaints, please read our Complaints Procedure.
We are confident that we will give you high quality care in all respects. However, if you have a problem with the care we have provided for you, please let us know by contacting us and asking to speak to our practice manager Helen Goodman or if she is unavailable our managing partner Susie Fox.
Data Protection Act
To enable us to care for you it is necessary for us to record, keep and process personal data relating to you. Such data may be recorded, kept and processed on computer. You consent to our recording & processing, personal data. Information regarding referrals and investigation results will be received and sent via the internet. All sites this information is received from and sent to are secure with the necessary privacy settings and passwords in place. This does not affect your rights as a data subject in accordance with our obligations and responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, as amended.
Your contact details and email address will be recorded on our registration Database and will be used for all communication.
You will be required to read and sign our Consent to use email for medical Communication and to store your details on our Database, on registration with us. Further information regarding our Data Protection Policy can be found on our website: www.privategphealthcare.com
E-mail Correspondence
E-mails and similar electronically created messages (“E-messages”) are a popular means of communication. However, they may be vulnerable to data alteration after sending, particularly if computer viruses or other malicious codes corrupt the message content. We do not accept any responsibility for data alterations or corruption made to the messages after sending. Whilst we take every reasonable precaution to eradicate computer viruses and malicious codes from our system, it is the responsibility of the recipient of E-messages to scan the message content (including attachments) for infected content.
We do not accept responsibility for any errors or difficulties that may arise through the use of E-messages. All risks associated with any such errors or difficulties would be your responsibility.
If these risks are not acceptable to you, it is essential that you notify us in writing that you do not wish us to use E-messages in correspondence with you.
