TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Private GP Healthcare LLP can assist you with your health needs (e.g.: Consultations, referrals, minor procedures and investigations).
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Private GP Healthcare LLP (“Private GP Healthcare”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.privategphealthcare.com website and Healthcare Services conducted by our staff on behalf of our practice. In addition to any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE & SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Our doctors practice at Goodwood Barn, Hinxhill Estate, Court Lodge Farm, Hinxhill, Ashford. TN25 5NR. The telephone number is 01233 885257.
The appointment/enquiry line is open between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. An answering service is available outside of working hours. Please note, if your email/telephone enquiry needs a reply, and you do not receive it within a reasonable period of time, it is your responsibility to follow this up.
Health Professionals caring for you.
We can confirm that all Doctors/Nurses working for Private GP Healthcare are highly qualified medical personnel and are all in possession of the necessary safeguard certificates including CRB. Susie Fox is the Managing Partner & Dr Allan Fox is the senior Doctor working for Private GP Healthcare. Other Doctors working on our behalf are Dr Jeff Lau & Dr Jonathan Webster. We have the right to employ other medical professionals as required.
We will try our best to inform you as to who will be caring for you and avoid any change to this but if this cannot be avoided, we will inform you promptly.
Payment for Services
On registering we ask everyone for a 16-digit card number which is kept securely on our computer. The card will be charged after the consultation and a receipt is available on request.
We review our charges when required and will notify our members and display any changes on our website.
If you have any queries regarding the bill, you should contact us straight away.
Storage of Medical files.
Any personal/medical information provided at the time of registration, or during a consultation, is kept on a password protected computer on specially designed medical software that has its own security password which only staff working for Private GP Healthcare have access to. Any hard copies of referral letters, investigations and results are shredded once added to the patients notes.
If at any time you no longer wish to use our services you may request to have your notes.
Data Protection Act
To enable us to care for you it is necessary for us to record, keep and process personal data relating to you. Such data may be recorded, kept and processed on a computer,
Information regarding referrals and investigation results will be received and sent via the internet. All sites this information is received from and sent to are secure with the necessary privacy settings and passwords in place. This does not affect your rights as a data subject in accordance with our obligations and responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, as amended.
Your contact details and email address will be recorded on our registration Database and will be used for all communication.
We may from time to time send you information which we think might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive that information, please notify us in writing.
E-mail Correspondence
E-mails and similar electronically created messages (“E-messages”) are a popular means of communication. However, they may be vulnerable to data alteration after sending, particularly if computer viruses or other malicious codes corrupt the message content. We do not accept any responsibility for data alterations or corruption made to the messages after sending. Whilst we take every reasonable precaution to eradicate computer viruses and malicious codes from our system, it is the responsibility of the recipient of E-messages to scan the message content (including attachments) for infected content.
We do not accept responsibility for any errors or difficulties that may arise through the use of E-messages. All risks associated with any such errors or difficulties would be your responsibility.
